Schenectady library named for ex-Mayor Karen Johnson

SCHENECTADY - The main branch of the Schenectady County Public Library will be named for ex-mayor and county legislator Karen Johnson.The legislature voted on Tuesday to name the building at Clinton and Liberty streets after Johnson, a long-time advocate for the countywide library system.
