Rusty Anchor bar will be scrapped after ice flow damage

WATERVLIET - The Rusty Anchor, a popular floating restaurant and bar in Watervliet that was damaged during the heavy ice flows along the Hudson River back in January, has been closed for good and sent down river to be scrapped.The news was first reported by the Two Buttons Deep website.
