RPI proposes shifting Greek freshman rush to spring

Recruitment for fraternities and sororities at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute would be shifted from the fall to the spring in freshman year and each house would be subject to financial assessments, as well as annual health and safety inspections, according to preliminary recommendations contained in a long-awaited Greek Life task force conducted by the school.
