Route 7 lanes reopen after crash cleared in Colonie

COLONIE -- All lanes reopened on the Route 9 ramp to Route 7 eastbound just after noon Thursday, according to an alert from the state.A crash that had blocked the right lane and backed up traffic is cleared.
