Rev. Robert C. Lamar, ecumenical and Presbyterian leader, dies

ALBANY – The Rev. Robert Lamar, retired pastor of the First Presbyterian Church ofAlbany,who was an activist in social justice issues, worked to develop closer relationships with other denominations and played a national role in the United Presbyterian Church died Wednesday at St. Peter's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
