Retired water/sewer leader is Niskayuna's highest 2018 earner

The town's retired superintendent of water and sewer Richard Pollock was the highest earner in 2018, with more than a third of his earnings coming from payouts for vacation and sick leave, according to town payroll records obtained by the Times Union this week.
