Report: Marylou Whitney thinks extended track season too long

Count Marylou Whitney among those who think a longer Saratoga racing meet is too much.According to WNYT, Whitney said she and her husband, John Hendrickson, think a July 11 start is too early.Whitney will not host her traditional opening-day luncheon at the track, she told WNYT, and she and Hendrickson won't be in Saratoga until Aug. 1.
