Redburn to renovate two Schenectady buildings

Redburn purchased two vacant buildings at 132 and 136 N. Broadway for $325,000 from the Schenectady Metroplex Development Authority, which will be redeveloped to 20 apartments on the upper floors and retail space on the first floor, according to a statement released by the Metroplex.
