Rain - and thunder - could hit Albany area Thursday night

ALBANY - Rain has stopped falling in the Capital Region but it should return Thursday night, bringing the possibility of thunder along with it.The daytime temperature is expected to rise into the mid-40s before dropping into the low-40s overnight.The day should be dry, though the National Weather Service says the rain will be back by evening. Meteorologists say rumbles of thunder are possible.
