Provence being replaced by farm-to-table restaurant

Provence Restaurant & Wine Bar, a destination for French and Mediterranean fare in Stuyvesant Plaza in Guilderland for 21 years that been closed since mid-March because of the coronavirus pandemic, is being replaced by a locally/seasonally focused dining spot called Josie’s Table.
