Probation ordered in water-test scam, Albany County DA says

ALBANY - Thomas French, the chief operator of a waste water treatment plant in the town of Bolton, was sentenced to three years probation Friday for falsifying records from water tests, Albany County prosecutors said Thursday.City Court Judge Holly Trexler imposed the sentence that resolves the case authorities brought against the 37-year-old after an investigation of records from 2017.
