Yet another marijuana shop opens near the state line in Massachusetts on Tuesday.Temescal Wellness opens at 11 a.m.The shop, which welcomed Massachusetts officials for a visit on Monday, is about an hour from Albany, though it is illegal to purchase marijuana out of state and transport it back into New York.
