Poll: Lower BAC levels for DWI?

A bill reintroduced in the state Assembly would lower the blood-alcohol level for a charge of driving while intoxicated from .08 percent to .05 percent. The threshold for for the more serious charge of aggravated DWI would drop from 0.18 percent to 0.12 percent. (Though still a misdemeanor, aggravated DWI is a more serious offense with stiffer penalties and less leeway for prosecutors to offer a plea bargain for a lesser charge like DWAI.)What do you think?
