Percoco's prison sentence delayed a month

ALBANY — Joe Percoco won't spend New Year's Eve in federal prison.U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni on Wednesday pushed back the surrender date for the former top aide to Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo from Dec. 28 to Jan. 31. Percoco has filed a motion for bail pending the appeal of the corruption verdicts lodged against him in March.
