Partial building collapse in Brooklyn

Emergency crews are on the scene of a partial building collapse in the Gowanus section of Brooklyn. A wall came down Tuesday morning on 12th Street between 2nd and 3rd avenues. A truck parked in front of the building was crushed. There are reports of one person injured. 12th Street is closed through the area.
