NYRA plans for possibility Belmont fall racing will be held at Aqueduct

ALBANY - The New York Racing Association is preparing for the possibility that this fall's races atBelmont Park will be moved to the Aqueduct Racetrack, according to financial documents submitted to state regulators on Thursday.
