NYRA CEO Chris Kay steps down

ALBANY — The executive who led the New York Racing Association's return to private control and oversaw major initiatives at the Saratoga Race Course is stepping aside.NYRA announced on Wednesday the resignation of CEO and President Chris Kay, which takes effect immediately. The non-profit racing organization will be led by senior vice president David O'Rourke in the interim.
