NY man charged in 16-year-old cold case killing

Sixteen years after a man was found stabbed to death in his Orange County home, State Police investigators believe they have caught his killer.Forty-year-old Felipe Campos of Middletown was arrested Wednesday, and is charged with second-degree murder in the 2003 death of James Keating.
