NY Assemblymembers to feds: Scale back ICE courthouse arrests

Three dozen Assemblymembers signed a letter urging Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen to scale back U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) arrests in New York State courthouses and elsewhere.
