New York's measles outbreak concentrated downstate

ALBANY - The measles outbreak that is plaguing Rockland County and parts of Orange County and Brooklyn will probably not spread to the Capital Region.The state's Department of Health said that the largest outbreak in the state in decades is concentrated in Orthodox Jewish communities where parents tend not to vaccinate their children against the highly contagious respiratory disease.
