New York prosecutors: Legalizing pot will require better drugged-driving tools
The impact that marijuana legalization is expected to have on drugged driving in New York was the topic of a panel hosted Monday by state Sen. Todd Kaminsky. Held at Molloy College on Long Island, it provided law enforcement officials and staff from various district attorney offices a chance to speak out about what they believe will be an uptick in drugged driving crashes, injuries and fatalities once marijuana is legalized.
