Muslim casino worker alleges discrimination from boss

SCHENECTADY – A devout black Muslim woman alleges her self-proclaimed redneck supervisor at Rivers Casino & Resort where she worked routinely harassed her because of her religious beliefs and practices and that was wrongly terminated when she filed a complaint to his bosses and others in management.The allegations are detailed in a lawsuit filed by 57-year-old Roma Spady, who was hired in June 2017 as an environmental service worker responsible for housekeeping duties at the gambling H
