Man threatened to bomb courthouse, troopers say

A 53-year-old Poughkeepsie man is under arrest after sending a letter threatening to blow up a state courthouse in New York City, State Police said.Dominick Volino was arrested Tuesday in Florida on a charge of making a terroristic threat, a felony. Troopers said Volino was trying to get out of the country when he was taken into custody.
