ALBANY - A 32-year-old man is in the hospital after he was struck in the head with a skateboard and his wallet was stolen, city police said Wednesday.Albany police spokesperson Steve Smith said around 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, the victim was on Chestnut Street, just west of Swan Street, in the Center Square neighborhood when three men assaulted him and stole his property.The victim was taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital with face and head injuries, and is in serious, but stable condition, Smith sa
