Man arrested in Moreau after throwing snow at trooper

MOREAU - A 47-year-old man was arrested after throwing snow at a State Trooper during a traffic stop Thursday afternoon, police said.State Police said they pulled over a vehicle, on State Route 9 in Moreau around 2 p.m., for a traffic violation. The troopers asked the driver and passengers to get out of the vehicle after smelling marijuana.One of the people in the vehicle, Stephen Matthews, walked to the back of the vehicle, grabbed snow off of the trunk and threw it at a trooper, hitting them,
