Man arrested for two separate attacks on women in Albany

ALBANY - A 40-year-old man who assaulted two woman, in separate incidents this year, has been arrested police said Wednesday.Arie Patterson, of Albany, was charged with three counts of assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
