Lou Gramm announces retirement after Proctors show

SCHENECTADY — It just no longer feels like the first time any more for rock legend Lou Gramm.The former lead singer for the popular 1970s and 1980s band Foreigner announced at the end of his one-man show at Proctors Saturday night that he will no longer be performing.
