Union College's Nicole Conley was named Liberty League Player of the Week in women's basketball for the second straight time on Wednesday.Senior Conley, from Scotia (Scotia-Glenville High), earned her latest award after scoring a career-high 27 points with nine rebounds, six blocked shot, five assists and four steals in a 71-59 victory over Utica on Dec. 30 in Schenectady.
