Legalized marijuana revenue could fund ailing MTA

ALBANY - New York lawmakers have yet to legalize adult-use marijuana, but Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo is making promises with the potential revenue.A "percentage of the state and (New York City) revenue" from future taxes on marijuana will help fund the needs of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, according to an agreement announced Tuesday by the governor and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio.
