Lawyer questions APA’s choice for judge in upcoming cannon project hearing

The Adirondack Park Agency has appointed David Greenwood, an attorney from the state Department of Environmental Conservation, to preside over a special adjudicatory hearing regarding a project to test-fire cannons in the Essex County town of Lewis.
