Latham internet firm gets low-cost state power

ColonieAn internet server and web hosting company will be receiving low-cost electricity from the New York Power Authority.TurnKey Internet, based on Old Loudon Road in Latham, will get 220 kilowatts of power under the ReCharge NY program, which should help it create five new jobs, according to NYPA.The firm was among 23 businesses statewide that were granted low-cost electricity under the program launched in 2011 to spur economic development.
