Latham-based wifi provider moving 40 employees to Troy

Latham-based Deep Blue Communications, a provider of wifi to large hotels and venues, is expanding its offices to Troy. Deep Blue will move 40 employees into space formerly occupied by software company Apprenda in the Hedley Park Place on Troy's riverfront.
