Kayaderosseras Creek flooding closes Ballston Spa bridge, weather service says

BALLSTON SPA - The Kayaderosseras Creek is flooding near the Ralph Street bridge because of an ice jam that's blocking the flow of water.The bridge is closed at Kent Street because of the rising water. Rain and rising temperatures prompted the National Weather Service to issue a flood warning for small streams.
