Johnstown man charged with possession

A Johnstown man was arrested Thursday on a charge of possessing a controlled substance with intent to distribute.According to a press release from the northern district of the U.S. Department of Justice, law enforcement executing a search warrant found Victor M. Diaz, 29, “in possession of approximately 1,500 small bags of heroin and/or fentanyl.”
