Incoming Historic Albany leader committed to stability, fundraising

AlbanyPamela Howard, who has been interim administrator of the Historic Albany Foundation since July, on Wednesday was named the organization's new executive director, effective Jan. 1. A veteran of decades in the not-for-profit world who worked in Albany for many years, Howard most recently was director of development at Saratoga Independent School.
