In Albany, Quackenbush project seeks $7M in tax breaks

The developers of a $30.4 million downtown hotel, one of several major projects planned for the north end of Albany's downtown, are seeking more than $7 million in tax breaks after investing $10.5 million in acquiring and cleaning up the 1.7 acre parcel at 705 Broadway.
