Hiker found in Florida may have Lake George, tech ties

GLENS FALLS - A hiker whose body was found in southern Florida last summer might have connections to the Lake George area, city police report.The man, known by the nicknames "Denim" and "Mostly Harmless," was discovered dead in a tent on July 23. Social media posts on the Facebook page of the Collier County, Fla., Sheriff's Office suggest the man began hiking the Appalachian Trial in New York and then continued into Florida.
