Halfmoon woman accused DWAI, again

A 35-year-old Halfmoon woman faces a felony charge after local police said they caught her driving with ability impaired by drugs.Stillwater police said they arrested Kaysie L. Horwedel Saturday after they were called investigate an incident at the Mobil Mart on Hudson Avenue in the village of Stillwater. Police have not yet elaborated on the nature of the incident.
