Halfmoon man charged after allegedly hitting pedestrian

CLIFTON PARK — State police have charged a 45-year-old Halfmoon man after he allegedly hit a pedestrian early Saturday and left the scene.Jesse M. Labrake is charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury auto accident, a misdemeanor, for the incident that happened around 12:45 a.m. Saturday on Clifton Park Village Road.
