Groups plan relaunch of South End Scene newspaper

ALBANY — More than 41 years after the first issue of the South End Scene community newspaper, stakeholders are coming together to begin a pilot project that could result in a full relaunch of South End Scene, this time primarily as an online publication, with the supplement of occasional print issues.
