Glens Falls welcomes New Year's first baby

GLENS FALLS - The Capital Region's first baby born in 2019 made his debut at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday.Reiva Ashline gave birth to the baby boy at Glens Falls Hospital. Mother, baby and the child's father, Shawn Ballard of Hampton, are expected to meet the public during a 2 p.m. event.
