Former GlobalFoundries exec joins SEMI

MALTA - Former GlobalFoundries executive Mike Russo has been hired by SEMI, the trade association for semiconductor industry suppliers, as vice president of global industry advocacy.Russo previously had previously led government affairs for GlobalFoundries out of Malta and Washington, D.C., where he will be based for SEMI, which has its main office in Milpitas, Calif.
