Equipment problems snarl Northway Exit 4 traffic

COLONIE - An equipment malfunction caused lengthy traffic delays Wednesday around the state's repaving project at the intersection of Wolf and Albany Shaker roads.Colonie police said most of the work on the road that runs beneath the Northway was supposed to be completed before rush hour but the malfunction set the project back by around 90 minutes, leading to traffic backups along area roads.
