Dozen candidates in Albany judge races

ALBANY – Nine lawyers are vying to land two judgeships in Albany County Family Court -- and another three attorneys hope to fill a pending judicial vacancy in City Court.The gaggle of candidates for Family Court is due to the pending retirement ofJudge Gerard Maney and the ascension to state Supreme Court of former Family Court Judge Margaret Walsh.
