DOT says it has met NTSB's recommendations in limo case

The state Department of Transportation has told investigators at the National Transportation Safety Board that it is in compliance with the recommendations that the NTSB made last October to address the safety and regulatory flaws uncovered in the 2018 limo crash in Schoharie that killed 20 people.
