Damaging winds descend Sunday night

Sustained winds of 25 to 40 mph will hit the Capital Region starting Sunday night and will continue throughout the day Monday.The National Weather Service has issued a high wind warning for our area from 7 p.m. Sunday to Monday at 7 p.m.
