Cuomo scheduled to deliver budget address on Tuesday

ALBANY - Gov. Andrew Cuomo will deliver his annual budget address on Tuesday in Albany.The schedule was revealed by the governor during his Thursday morning appearance on WAMC News. He said the speech, which also serves as this year's official state of the state address, will likely be held in the Empire State Plaza convention center, where last year's address was made.
