Cuomo forecasts $300M in recreational marijuana revenue
ALBANY — New York could "raise about $300 million in revenue" annually from recreational marijuana, according to Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, who will propose a regulatory framework in his budget on Tuesday.The governor made the forecast during an interview with WAMC News on Monday morning, when he made the case that it's no longer a question of whether the state should legalize adult use of marijuana.
