Cuomo administration wants to revisit spending priorities

ALBANY - The proposed federal budget unveiled on Monday by President Donald J. Trump has Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo scrambling to reconsider all of New York's spending priorities with less than three weeks before the state budget is due.
