Crash on I-90 causes traffic backup at Exit 24 on Thruway, DOT says

ALBANY - Two eastbound lanes of Interstate 90 are closed near Exit 2, according to the state Department of Transportation.The crash is causing delays to the toll plaza at Exit 24.
